Aathar integrates with the Government and private sector to achieve sustainable development under the umbrella of Saudi 2030 vision and primary themes “a vibrant society, a thriving economy and an ambitious nation”.Job Title: Zoho Systems Developer (Zoho Developer)Location: Alexandria – Full-Time On-siteJob Summary: Our company is seeking to hire a highly skilled and experienced Zoho Systems Developer with a strong passion for cloud-based business technologies and solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and integrating Zoho applications to improve operational efficiency and optimize workflows across the holding company and its subsidiaries and departments. The candidate must possess deep hands-on experience across multiple Zoho products, with a proven ability to deliver innovative and automated solutions that meet evolving business requirements.Key Responsibilities: • Analyze current and future business requirements and design customized solutions using various Zoho applications (Creator / CRM / Books / People / Payroll / Desk / Analytics / Flow). • Develop and maintain custom scripts using Deluge scripting language to automate complex tasks beyond standard platform capabilities. • Integrate Zoho systems with third-party applications using APIs and web services. • Design and build dynamic dashboards and interactive reports in Zoho Analytics to provide accurate business insights for executive management. • Build and customize applications using Zoho Creator. • Create and customize advanced smart forms using Zoho Forms and connect them with operational workflows. • Ensure data integrity and manage data import/export processes between systems. • Provide advanced technical support and troubleshoot Zoho-related issues for users. • Collaborate with the System Administrator in the following areas:o Design and implement complex workflows and integrations between Zoho applications using Zoho Flow. o Develop and customize modules, fields, and layouts in Zoho CRM to align with sales and customer service processes. o Configure and customize customer service portals, knowledge bases, and SLA policies in Zoho Desk. o Configure and manage Zoho People including employee records, attendance, leave management, and performance evaluations. o Configure and operate Zoho Payroll in compliance with payroll policies and local regulations. o Customize and manage Zoho Books to ensure accurate financial transaction recording and integration with CRM and other systems. o Configure and manage workspaces in Zoho Projects to track tasks, resources, and project timelines. o Configure and customize Zoho Recruit to align with the company’s recruitment process, from job posting to candidate management. o Train employees on best practices for effectively using Zoho applications. o Create and maintain technical documentation and user manuals.Required Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a specialized Zoho Developer. • Proven experience working with Zoho systems, including successful implementation and integration projects.Core Technical Skills: • Extensive expertise in Deluge Scripting (mandatory and non-negotiable). • Strong experience in Zoho Analytics, especially in developing and implementing consolidated reports and dashboards for business intelligence purposes. • Solid understanding of REST APIs and Webhooks for integrations. • Good understanding of AI concepts and their application using Zoho Zia. • Strong experience with Zoho Flow for application integration and workflow automation. • Strong practical knowledge and hands-on experience with Zoho Desk, Zoho People, Zoho Creator, Zoho Payroll, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, Zoho Recruit, Zoho CRM, and Zoho Forms.Soft Skills: • Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide innovative root-cause solutions. • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and deadline management skills. • Passion for staying updated with the latest Zoho technologies and continuous platform enhancements. • Fluency in both Arabic and English.Preferred Certifications: • Official Zoho Certifications.
