Pinerium is seeking a detail-oriented and solution-driven Zoho Implementation Specialist to support the deployment, configuration, and delivery of Zoho business solutions for clients and internal operations.This role is responsible for implementing Zoho applications based on approved business requirements, configuring workflows and automations, supporting system deployment activities, and ensuring successful solution adoption.The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of Zoho applications, business processes, and SaaS implementation environments, with the ability to translate operational requirements into functional system configurations.This role operates within Pinerium’s Zoho delivery ecosystem alongside Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Developers, Testers, and Presales teams.Key Responsibilities Zoho System ImplementationConfigure and implement Zoho applications including Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, Zoho Creator, and related solutions.Build workflows, automations, forms, layouts, dashboards, and reports based on approved requirements.Support end-to-end implementation lifecycle from setup to deployment.Ensure system configurations align with business processes and operational objectives. Requirement Execution & DeliveryTranslate business requirements into functional system configurations.Work closely with Product Owners and Presales Consultants to understand client needs.Support solution deployment activities and environment setup.Assist in data migration, validation, and system preparation tasks. Testing & Quality AssurancePerform functional validation and testing before deployment.Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and issue resolution activities.Ensure implemented workflows and automations function correctly.Coordinate with Testers and Developers to resolve implementation issues. Documentation & User SupportPrepare implementation documentation and configuration records.Support client onboarding and system handover activities.Provide guidance and basic user support during go-live phases.Maintain implementation standards and deployment procedures. Collaboration & Continuous ImprovementCollaborate with Scrum Masters, Developers, Product Owners, and Support teams.Participate in sprint activities and Agile delivery processes.Identify implementation improvement opportunities and operational efficiencies.Stay updated with Zoho product features, updates, and best practices.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.1–3 years of experience in Zoho implementation, SaaS deployment, CRM/ERP implementation, or business applications support.Strong understanding of Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, and Zoho Creator.Familiarity with workflows, automations, forms, reports, and business process configuration.Basic understanding of SaaS implementation lifecycle and Agile environments.Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.Excellent communication and documentation abilities.Ability to work independently and within project teams.Zoho certifications are considered a plus.Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).Additional Requirement: Candidate must have their own laptop.Must be a non-smoker (all types).BenefitsCompetitive salary and professional growth opportunities.Exposure to enterprise Zoho implementations and digital transformation projects.Opportunity to work within a Zoho Premium Partner environment.Access to Zoho certifications and continuous learning through Pinerium Academy.Collaborative Agile delivery environment.Career path into Product Ownership, Solution Consulting, or Technical Consulting.
