Cairo's junior engineering pipeline is fed by the multinational manufacturing operations along the 10th of Ramadan and 6th of October industrial belts (Valeo, Coca-Cola HBC, PepsiCo, Nestlé, Henkel, Unilever), the Cairo engineering functions at telecoms and energy (Vodafone, Orange, Etisalat, Petrobel, Enppi), the pharma cluster (EVA Pharma, GSK, Pfizer, Sanofi), and the country's largest engineering-consulting and construction firms (Orascom Construction, Elsewedy Electric, ArabCo, Dar Al-Handasah, ECG). Junior openings span mechanical, electrical, civil, chemical/process, industrial, and mechatronics engineering, with the majority of programs recruiting graduates from Cairo University, Ain Shams, AASTMT, MIU, MSA, and the German University in Cairo.
