Roles span production and plant operations, quality and process engineering, industrial engineering, R&D, maintenance (mechanical + electrical + instrumentation), and plant HSE. Structured graduate engineering programmes at the multinational FMCG plants and pharma manufacturers are the biggest single hiring channel for entry-level engineers.
