Cairo concentrates almost every structured graduate program active in Egypt. The tier-1 banks all recruit into their flagship rotational schemes out of Cairo — CIB Cornerstone, NBE Graduate Program, QNB Alahli Trainee, Banque Misr Career Development, Mashreq ACE. The FMCG multinationals (P&G, Unilever, Nestlé, Henkel, PepsiCo, Mondelez) run their MTP and marketing-trainee cohorts from Cairo HQs, as do the Big-4 firms (EY, PwC, Deloitte, KPMG) with the country's largest single graduate-audit intakes. Telecoms (Vodafone Discover, Orange Business Graduate, Etisalat Future Leaders) draw their intake exclusively from Cairo-adjacent universities. The graduate market runs on a February–April opening cycle for September starts, with a smaller September second wave for January starts. Early applications materially outperform late ones — most cohorts fill during the first 4–6 weeks after opening.
