Management trainee programs (MTPs) are structured 12–24 month graduate tracks with formal cross-function rotations, dedicated mentoring, and a full-time offer at completion conditional on performance. In Egypt the largest single MTP cohorts sit inside the FMCG multinationals — P&G MTP recruits into marketing, supply chain, and finance streams; Unilever UFLP runs the country's most-competitive marketing intake; Nestlé Management Trainee spans marketing, sales, supply chain, and technical rotations; Henkel Growth focuses on the beauty-care and adhesives businesses. Beyond FMCG, the banks (CIB Cornerstone, Mashreq ACE) and consulting firms (EY, PwC, Deloitte, KPMG graduate schemes) run comparable rotational cohorts. Compensation calibrates against multinational entry-level bands and is materially above ad-hoc entry-level roles at the same employer.
