Role Description This is a full-time, 3D Interior Designer role based in New Cairo. The 3D Interior Designer will translate design concepts and client briefs into detailed 3D visualizations and renderings for luxury residential and commercial projects. Daily tasks include developing spatial layouts, modeling interior elements, selecting finishes and materials, and producing high-quality visual presentations. The role involves close collaboration with architects, interior designers, and finishing teams to ensure design accuracy, feasibility, and alignment with project standards. The designer will also support design revisions, prepare documentation for client meetings, and maintain organized project files.QualificationsStrong proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, or similar) and visualization tools.Experience in interior design concepts, space planning, and material selection for luxury residential and commercial projects.Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, technical details, and construction documents.Solid understanding of lighting, color theory, and composition as applied to interior spaces and 3D visualization.Attention to detail, strong aesthetic sense, and ability to deliver polished, realistic renderings and presentations.Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with design and finishing teams on-site.Time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Previous experience in high-end or luxury interior projects in Egypt or similar markets is an advantage.Portfolio demonstrating relevant 3D interior design work and high-quality visualizations.
