The ideal candidate will combine creative thinking, AI-powered content creation, professional videography, photography, video editing, graphic design, and digital storytelling to produce high-impact content across all digital platforms.You will be responsible for developing original content ideas, creating compelling visual narratives, leveraging the latest AI technologies to enhance productivity and creativity, and producing premium-quality content that strengthens our brand identity and market presence. Previous experience within architecture, interior design, engineering consultancy, construction, fit-out, or real estate is mandatory.Responsibilities:Develop innovative content concepts and creative campaigns that align with the company's branding and marketing strategy.Generate fresh and engaging content ideas for social media, digital marketing campaigns, project launches, employer branding, and corporate communications.Utilize modern AI tools to enhance content ideation, script writing, image generation, video enhancement, visual storytelling, and creative workflows while maintaining premium quality standards.Capture professional photography and videography of architecture, interior design, landscape, and real estate projects.Produce cinematic project walkthroughs, interviews, testimonials, behind-the-scenes content, promotional videos, and short-form social media content.Edit high-quality videos using professional editing software with advanced transitions, motion graphics, sound design, and visual effects.Design creative marketing materials, digital assets, presentations, advertisements, and social media visuals while maintaining brand consistency.Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, engineers, project managers, and the marketing team to transform technical projects into engaging visual stories.Develop and execute monthly content calendars and campaign plans.Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, digital trends, social media algorithms, and industry best practices.Organize and manage digital media assets, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.Support exhibitions, corporate events, project launches, and branding initiatives through creative multimedia production.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Mass Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.Minimum 7 years of professional experience as a Creative Content Creator, Multimedia Specialist, Digital Content Creator, or similar role.Mandatory experience within Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering Consultancy, Construction, Fit-Out, or Real Estate companies.Strong portfolio demonstrating creative campaigns, professional photography, videography, video editing, graphic design, and digital storytelling.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, and Adobe Creative Suite.Proven experience using AI-powered creative tools for content creation, visual generation, video production, scripting, editing, and workflow optimization.Strong creative thinking and the ability to independently generate original, high-quality content ideas.Excellent photography, videography, lighting, and composition skills.Experience producing premium social media content, cinematic reels, promotional campaigns, and project showcase videos.Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, content strategy, and audience engagement.Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
