The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing the academic programs of the Primary Stage, ensuring excellent educational standards and student achievement at Madinaty Integrated Language School.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate the implementation of the Primary Stage curriculum in line with the Egyptian National Curriculum and school policiesSupport and guide teaching staff to deliver high-quality instruction through classroom observations, feedback, and professional developmentMonitor student progress and analyze assessment data to identify trends and areas for improvementAssist in planning school-wide academic initiatives and events related to the Primary StageFacilitate communication among teachers, parents, school leadership, and other stakeholders to enhance the learning environmentPromote best practices in teaching and learning and encourage innovation and creativity within the primary curriculumEnsure compliance with school policies and safeguarding requirementsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Education or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantageMinimum 5 years of teaching experience in the primary education stagePrevious experience in academic coordination or leadership roles within primary education is preferredStrong knowledge of the Egyptian National Curriculum and curriculum implementation strategiesExcellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to analyze assessment data and translate findings into actionable improvementsCommitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environmentSafeguarding Statement: The safety and welfare of our students are paramount.
