LocationRemote based in North Africa ideally Egypt Summary of Job DutiesWe are in search of a highly motivated and experienced Account-Based Marketer to fill a key role based in the Northern African continent, with a preference for candidates located in Egypt. This position is pivotal in driving sales growth across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region by strategically managing key accounts. The successful candidate will serve as the face of Lamipak, engaging with clients to understand their unique requirements and positioning Lamipak's 360 marketing support service as the solution to their needs.Main ResponsibilitiesKey Account–Based Intelligence & Marketing ManagementIdentify and prioritize strategic key accounts within the MEA region aligned with Lamipak’s growth and salesobjectives Develop and own account-specific market intelligence and engagement plans, ensuring alignment with overall business strategyAct as a trusted insight partner to key customers, supporting strategic discussions through data-backed recommendations and opportunity mapping.Account-Specific Market Intelligence DevelopmentDevelop customized market, category, and consumer intelligence reports for assigned key accountsTranslate complex data into clear, customer-relevant insights linked to portfolio strategy, SKUs, and market realitiesSupport customer meetings, workshops, and roadshows with account-ready insight presentationsCommercial Opportunity Identification & Business ImpactIdentify white spaces and growth opportunities across:New categories and sub-categoriesPack formats and sizesPrice tiers and positioningNew or adjacent domestic and export marketsQuantify opportunities where possible and link insights to commercial impact, innovation pipelines, and volume growthCross-Functional Project Driving (Added Services)Drive and coordinate account-specific projects involving:Innovation and renovation initiativesDesign and packaging improvement projectsQualifications (Education/Knowledge/Working Experience)Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA or Master’s degree preferred4-7 years of relevant experience in Market Intelligence, Strategy and ConsultingPrior experience in Food & Beverage / Ingredients industries preferredExperience managing complex projects and multiple stakeholders across functions and geographiesSkills NeededStrong account-based market intelligence and analytical skillsStrong understanding of the Dairy and Juice beverage categories and related market dynamicsClear communication and presentation skills for customer-facing and internal engagementsMust be fluent in Arabic, French, and English, enabling effective communication with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Willingness to travel extensively within the MEA region.
