Promote the company's products and services to existing customers to increase sales. Record all sales transactions accurately in accordance with the company's approved procedures. Identify and acquire new customers in line with the company's sales policies. Achieve the sales targets and objectives set by management. Provide clear and detailed explanations of the company's products and services to encourage customer purchases. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, and coordinate with management to resolve issues effectively. Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers. Possess strong knowledge of inventory management and conduct daily stock counts, submitting daily inventory reports for the assigned warehouse. Prepare and submit daily reports on customer visits and sales activities. From 2 to 5 years of previous experience in sales, account management, client relations or a related role. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
