About The RoleThe COOL Company, a next-generation Supply-Side Platform (SSP), is expanding its global publisher partnerships team across several key international markets. We are looking for experienced ad tech professionals with existing publisher relationships and a strong understanding of publisher monetization and programmatic advertising. This is not an entry-level sales role. Successful candidates will already have experience working within the ad tech ecosystem and an established network of publisher contacts in their local market. As a Account Executive - Publisher Development, you will own the full publisher partnership lifecycle, from leveraging existing relationships and sourcing new opportunities to commercial negotiations, onboarding coordination, and long-term revenue growth.
