This commitment to people and performance strengthens its reputation as a trusted, results-driven industry leader.Role Description Sell high-end properties for leading developers in Egypt, leveraging your experience to meet client expectations and close deals efficiently.Maintain and grow your client network, utilizing your existing contacts and referrals, while continuing to expand the client base through proactive lead generation.Regularly meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's growth through your established knowledge of sales strategies.Advise clients with precision, offering insights based on your understanding of the property market and guiding them towards properties that align with their needs, preferences, and budget.Stay updated on market trends and maintain an awareness of competitors, allowing you to provide informed recommendations and gain a competitive edge.Negotiate and close deals with professionalism, ensuring both the clients' and company’s interests are met.Keep accurate and up-to-date records of your sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up tasks.Work closely with your team to collaborate on large-scale deals and help newer agents succeed by sharing insights from your experience.Qualifications6 months to 2 years of experience in real estate or property sales.Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).Proven sales track record in the real estate market with the ability to meet and exceed targets.Must own a car for client meetings and property visits.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Commitment to delivering premium customer service and going above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction.Able to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.Good command of English (both written and spoken).
