Account Manager.

Responsibilities:Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Oversee all daily accounting operations, including the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.Prepare and analyze accurate financial statements and reports in accordance with GAAP/IFRS.Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections to support strategic decision-making.Ensure compliance with all local and international tax regulations and statutory requirements.Implement and maintain robust internal controls and accounting policies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business objectives.Drive process improvements and efficiency within the accounting department.Skills & Technologies: This role demands a strong command of Accounting principles, comprehensive Finance knowledge, and exceptional proficiency in Financial Analysis and Financial Management.
