Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily operations and performance of all branches within the assigned region.Ensure achievement of sales targets and operational KPIs across all branches.Analyze performance and implement improvement plans to enhance efficiency and productivity.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.Lead, coach, and develop branch teams, including performance management and training.Monitor and improve customer service quality and customer experience.Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, HR, Finance, Operations).Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.Monitor expenses and ensure cost control and budget adherence.Address operational challenges and make timely, effective decisions. Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.5–10 years of experience in branch or operations management, including supervisory roles.Proven experience managing multiple branches (Retail, FMCG, or service sectors preferred).Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Willingness to travel between branches as required.
