And more than customers, we build advocates.About The Role:As an Account Manager, you will be essential in developing and nurturing client relationships across different sectors. Your role will involve increasing our revenue through upselling and cross-selling Dsquares solutions, collaborating with internal teams to meet client objectives, and fulfilling project KPIs.In your role, you will serve as the primary contact for our clients, monitoring and analyzing program KPIs and advising on best practices to enhance program performance.Key Duties & Responsibilities:Maintain and manage client relationships to ensure satisfactionDevelop relationships across various functional areas, including Partnerships, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Project ManagementMeasure and analyze program performanceIdentify opportunities to automate and scale processes within account managementCreate program goals and applicable metricsDrive best practices for product utilizationEvaluate program risksRegularly communicate with clients regarding the status of ongoing programsCoordinate with cross-functional teams to gather updates on task progressAnalyze data trends for each program to extract meaningful insightsPrepare for the onboarding of new clientsStay informed about competitors and new market trendsIdentify growth opportunities and revenue-generating strategies through cross-selling existing programsAssess client needs and propose relevant campaigns to maximize commissionsRecommend suitable merchants for each customer segmentDevelop approaches to maximize revenue for each projectRequirementsRequired Skills & Abilities:Exceptional communication and presentation skillsFlexibility and adaptabilityStrong time management capabilitiesAbility to multitask effectivelyProficient in problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skillsDemonstrated leadership and sense of ownershipCustomer-centric mindsetExcellent data literacy skillsProactive, detail-oriented and results-drivenComfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environmentEducation & Experience:Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing and/or account managementBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related fieldBenefits Comprehensive Wellbeing: Enjoy peace of mind with our private medical insurance and life cover, plus extra days off for every year you're part of the team.
