Euro Motors Hub is hiring an Account Manager / Operations Coordinator to manage daily tasks, follow up on team performance, and ensure all operations run smoothly.This role is not just administrative. The candidate will be responsible for tracking tasks, following up with team members, ensuring deadlines are met, and reporting directly to management.The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks across different departments. Responsibilities:- Follow up on all tasks assigned to team members (sales, operations, marketing)- Ensure tasks are completed on time and with quality- Track daily performance and report delays or issues- Coordinate between different departments to avoid miscommunication- Use tools like Google Sheets / CRM to track progress and updates- Create and manage task lists, follow-ups, and deadlines- Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements- Report directly to management with clear updates and insights- Maintain discipline and accountability across the team Work Conditions:- On-site (Maadi office)- Working days: Monday to Friday- Working hours: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM- Saturday & Sunday: Off - 2+ years of experience in operations, account management, or coordination roles- Strong organizational and time management skills- Ability to follow up with multiple people and tasks at the same time- Experience using Google Sheets / Excel (must)- Experience using CRM systems is a plus- Strong communication and follow-up skills- High attention to detail and accuracy- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines- Strong personality (can follow up and hold people accountable)- Problem-solving mindset
