Sales Team Leader (Remote)

Euro Motors Hub is hiring a Sales Team Leader to manage and support our sales team remotely.This role is primarily work from home, but the Team Leader must be available to attend the office in Maadi when needed for training, meetings, performance reviews, or important operational follow-up.The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, improving daily performance, following up on leads, reviewing conversations and calls, tracking KPIs, and helping the team close more deals with better quality and discipline. Job Responsibilities:- Manage and monitor the daily performance of the sales team remotely- Follow up on leads, pipelines, and sales activities through CRM- Track team KPIs and ensure targets are being followed seriously- Listen to calls and review chats to identify strengths, weaknesses, and points of improvement- Coach team members on handling objections, follow-up, and closing techniques- Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one follow-up sessions- Ensure proper use of CRM, lead updates, and task management- Report performance, challenges, and recommendations directly to management- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new sales team members when needed- Build a culture of discipline, accountability, and strong sales performance Work Conditions:- Remote / Work From Home- Occasional office attendance is required when needed- Working hours are aligned with company operations - 3 to 7 years of experience in sales, telesales, or sales team management- Previous experience as a Team Leader or senior sales supervisor is highly preferred- Strong experience in coaching, team follow-up, and performance management- Ability to monitor KPIs and improve team productivity- Good experience using CRM systems- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills- Ability to review calls, chats, and sales performance with attention to detail- High sense of responsibility, commitment, and discipline- Strong personality with the ability to lead remotely- Must be based in Cairo or able to attend the Maadi office when needed- Experience in automotive, high-ticket sales, or service-based sales is a strong plus- Good command of Google Sheets / Excel
