Business DevelopmentIdentify and approach new B2B clients within the construction, infrastructure, and utilities sectors.Build relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and project managers.Generate new sales opportunities and expand the company’s client base.Client EngagementConduct regular client visits and meetings with contractors and consultants.Present and explain the company’s GRP infrastructure solutions to potential clients.Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and project opportunities.Tender & Project Follow-UpTrack new projects, tenders, and infrastructure developments in the market.Coordinate with clients and consultants to introduce the company’s products in upcoming projects.Assist in preparing technical proposals and quotations.Sales Target AchievementAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.Maintain an active pipeline of leads and project opportunities.Ensure consistent growth in B2B sales performance.Reporting & CRM ManagementUpdate and manage sales activities and leads in the CRM system.Provide weekly reports on meetings, leads, and potential projects.Track client interactions and follow-up activities.Collaboration with MarketingCoordinate with the marketing team to support campaigns and lead generation.Share market feedback and customer insights to improve messaging and positioning. 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in construction, infrastructure, engineering materials, or industrial products).Proven ability to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Experience dealing with contractors, consultants, developers, or engineering companies is a strong advantage.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build professional relationships with B2B clients and decision makers.Ability to identify new sales opportunities and follow the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.Comfortable with field sales, client visits, and project follow-ups.Basic understanding of tenders and project-based sales is preferred.Good reporting skills and ability to track leads and opportunities.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
