Recruitment & OnboardingAssist in the full recruitment cycle including job posting, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring processes.Support onboarding processes for new employees and ensure all documentation is completed.Support the employee performance evaluation process and follow up on appraisal cycles.HR OperationsMaintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.Assist in preparing HR documents including contracts, offer letters, and employment certificates.Attendance & Employee RecordsMonitor employee attendance, leaves, and absences.Coordinate with departments to ensure accurate HR reporting.Employee RelationsSupport employees with HR-related inquiries and requests.Assist in handling employee issues and maintaining a positive work environment.HR Policies & ComplianceEnsure company policies and procedures are followed.Support HR compliance with labor regulations and internal HR policies.HR ReportingPrepare HR reports related to attendance, recruitment, and employee data.Maintain accurate HR documentation and records.Government Relations & ComplianceManage and follow up on Social Insurance files and labor office  and manufacturing facilities in addition to the Head Office.requirements in compliance with Egyptian labor law.Coordinate with the Social Insurance Authority and Labor Office manufacturing facilities in addition to the Head Office regarding employee registrations, updates, and official documentation.Ensure all employees are properly registered and all legal HR documentation is maintained. 1–3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Officer.Experience in recruitment, HR operations, and employee records management.Basic knowledge of Egyptian labor law, social insurance, and labor office procedures.Experience handling attendance systems and HR documentation.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
