Roles and responsibilities: · Support the implementation and management of Community Feedback Mechanisms (CFM) and accountability systems across programme locations.· Promote awareness of safeguarding and Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) principles among beneficiaries, Community Health Workers, and partner organizations, and ensure concerns are reported through established channels.· Receive, document, organize, and track beneficiary feedback, complaints, suggestions, inquiries, and requests received through programme communication channels.· Conduct routine field visits to collect direct feedback from beneficiaries, caregivers, Community Health Workers, and Community-Based Organizations.· Ensure beneficiary concerns are appropriately documented, categorized, and referred to relevant project staff for follow-up.· Follow up with responsible staff and partners to ensure timely resolution and closure of beneficiary feedback cases.· Immediately report safeguarding concerns, PSEA allegations, protection risks, fraud allegations, or other sensitive complaints through established reporting channels.· Support the dissemination of accurate programme information to beneficiaries, caregivers, and community stakeholders.· Coordinate with Community Health Workers and Community-Based Organizations to ensure beneficiaries are aware of available services, eligibility criteria, referral pathways, and feedback channels.· Maintain and update accountability databases, tracking systems, and filing systems related to beneficiary feedback and case follow-up.· Support the analysis of beneficiary feedback trends and contribute to programme improvement recommendations.· Produce accountability reports, summaries, and monitoring updates according to programme requirements.· Support implementation of beneficiary satisfaction surveys, perception assessments, and community consultations.· Support referrals of beneficiaries requiring additional services in accordance with programme referral procedures.· Assist in the development, translation, formatting, and dissemination of accountability and communication materials.· Train and support Community Health Workers and Community-Based Organizations on Community Feedback Mechanisms (CFM), accountability principles, beneficiary communication standards, and referral pathways.· Participate in programme monitoring visits, assessments, and review meetings.· Attend meetings and document key action points related to accountability and community engagement.· Troubleshoot challenges related to beneficiary communication channels and accountability systems.· Perform any other related duties as assigned.Required Background, Experience, and RequirementsEducation and Experience• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Community Development, Social Work, Development Studies, Political Science, or a related field.• Minimum two years of professional experience in community development, humanitarian programming, accountability, beneficiary engagement, community mobilization, or related fields.• Experience working with vulnerable communities and community-based organizations.• Experience in data collection, documentation, reporting, and information management.• Experience facilitating community meetings, awareness sessions, consultations, or training activities is preferred.• Previous experience with NGOs, INGOs, UN agencies, or donor-funded programmes is an asset.• Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and digital data collection
