Role SummaryA hands-on accountant who owns the full accounting cycle independently today, and is on a fast track to become the group's future finance leader. Core accounting & reportingFinancial reporting: monthly, quarterly, and annual statements in line with IFRS / local GAAPGL management: chart of accounts, journal entries, trial balance, and ledger integrityClosing cycles: end-to-end month-end and year-end closing on scheduleAP & AR: vendor payments, customer invoicing, collections, and aging analysisPayroll: processing, accruals, and statutory deductionsTax compliance: VAT, corporate tax, and statutory filings - timely and accurateReconciliations: bank, intercompany, balance sheet, and sub-ledgerII. Financial analysis & insightsActivity-based cost allocation across business units, partners, projects, and activitiesBudgeting, variance analysis, and cost control with actionable commentaryTranslate numbers into insights - margin leakage, cost inefficiencies, and growth leversIII.
