If you answered yes, then we have some amazing opportunities for you!Description:The Payment Controller Officer is responsible for monitoring, validating, and controlling all payment transactions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. The role focuses on overseeing deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers, ensuring adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards.Main tasks and responsibilitiesMonitor and validate client deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers after the approval from payment officersEnsure all payment transactions are processed accurately and in a timely mannerVerify payment details and supporting documentation in line with internal proceduresIdentify and investigate discrepancies or irregular transactionsCoordinate with Sales/Dealing, Back Office, and Finance teams to resolve payment-related issuesEnsure compliance with AML/CFT policies and internal controlsMaintain accurate records and audit trails for all payment activities Monitor payment systems and report any operational issues Support reconciliation of payment transactions with banks and payment providersPrepare reports on payment activities, discrepancies, and transaction volumes Escalate suspicious or high-risk transactions to management Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field2–4 years of experience in payments, finance operations, or back office rolesExperience of 0 - 2 years in payments processing, accounting or financial operations (banking/financial services)Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and regulatory compliance.
