We are a local distribution company based in Cairo, Egypt, seeking a dynamic and experienced Office Manager / Accountant to oversee daily operations, manage financial activities, and supervise logistics and warehouse functions.Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee day-to-day office operationsHandle full accounting functions (invoicing, payments, receivables, reporting, etc.)Supervise and coordinate all import and export shipment processesLiaise with freight forwarders, clearing agents, and suppliersEnsure proper documentation for shipments and compliance with regulationsMonitor and manage warehouse operations, stock levels, and inventory controlCoordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth workflowPrepare financial reports and maintain accurate recordsImprove operational efficiency and implement best practices Requirements:Minimum 3–5 years of experience in office management and accountingExperience in import/export and logistics is highly preferredStrong knowledge of accounting principles and reportingGood understanding of warehouse operations and inventory managementProficient in MS Excel and accounting softwareStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
