Accounts Payable Senior Accountant

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Senior Accountant to oversee the full AP cycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and payments. The role also includes managing reconciliations, fixed assets, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards.Key Responsibilities:Review and process supplier invoices accurately and on timeManage supplier payments and resolve invoice discrepanciesPerform supplier reconciliations and monitor aging reportsOversee fixed assets recording and trackingMaintain strong relationships with suppliersEnsure compliance with internal controls and accounting policiesSupport audits and reporting processesSupervise and guide AP team members. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance4+ years of experience in Accounts PayableStrong knowledge of accounting principles and AP processesExperience with ERP systems (Odoo is a plus)Good knowledge of fixed assetsStrong Excel skillsDetail-oriented with strong communication skills
