Odoo Master Data Assistant

Maintain and update master data records within the Odoo ERP system.Collect, enter, verify, and validate data related to customers, vendors, products, vehicles, and other business records.Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, errors, and duplicate records.Coordinate with different departments to obtain missing or incomplete information.Ensure all data entered into the system is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.Perform regular data audits and quality checks to maintain data integrity.Generate reports and support data-related requests when needed.Follow established data management procedures and company standards.Assist in improving data accuracy and operational efficiency within the ERP system. Fresh graduate or current student (Internship opportunity available).Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Professional written and spoken English.Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Ability to learn new systems and software quickly.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Experience with ERP systems or Odoo is a plus.
