Accounts Receivable Accountant

Record daily cash transactions and accounting entries accuratelyHandle customer collections and monitor outstanding balancesFollow up with customers regarding due payments and overdue invoicesReconcile customer accounts, cash balances, and bank statementsReview daily sales, collection reports, and invoicesPrepare bank deposits and monitor cash transfersManage petty cash transactions and reconciliationsVerify receipts, invoices, and supporting documentsCoordinate with sales, warehouse, and operations teams regarding collections and customer accountsMaintain accurate filing of financial documents and recordsSupport monthly closing and reporting activitiesEnsure compliance with company financial policies and procedures Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field2–3 years of experience in accounting, cash handling, or accounts receivable, preferably in F&B, FMCG, or distribution companiesGood understanding of accounting principlesGood knowledge of Excel and accounting systemsERP system experience is a plus
