Accounts Receivable Section Head

We are currently hiring an AR Section Head for a well-established Real Estate company.Key Responsibilities:• Manage and oversee the full Accounts Receivable cycle within the real estate sector.• Ensure proper follow-up on customer collections, settlements, and aging.• Handle revenue recognition processes in accordance with delivery status and company policies.• Prepare and analyze financial positions for units and projects.• Perform financial analysis including NPV calculations and related reporting.• Coordinate with different departments to ensure accuracy of customer accounts and financial data.Qualifications:• Minimum 7 years of proven experience in Accounts Receivable within the Real Estate industry.• Strong understanding of the customer cycle from contract initiation until unit delivery and final settlement.• Excellent knowledge of revenue recognition and real estate accounting treatment.• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential.• Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is highly preferred.• Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and leadership skills.• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.• Candidates residing in Giza are preferred, especially Sheikh Zayed and 6th of October City.Interested candidates are welcome to apply by sending their updated CV by +201129469070
