We move fast, we ship constantly, and we don't operate like a traditional rental company because we aren't one.What You’ll Do:Monitor and manage assigned customer accounts to identify outstanding debts.Proactively contact customers regarding their payment status and follow up on overdue invoices.Escalate cases to the Manager when debtors are unwilling or unable to make payments.Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or customer complaints related to collections.Implement strategies to prevent recurring payment negligence and ensure practical debt repayment solutions.What We’re Looking For:Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (preferred).Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable, customer service and sales.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, learning-focused mindset.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic & English.
