Job DetailsDescriptionRole SummaryWe are looking for a driven and results-oriented Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) focused on new business generation. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying net-new prospects, building a strong pipeline, and supporting revenue growth across the region. As a Senior SDR, you will bring a high level of independence and expertise to your role, while also taking on broader responsibilities that include coaching junior team members and contributing to strategic team initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and prospect into net-new accounts through outbound strategiesExecute multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to engage key decision-makersQualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into sales opportunitiesCollaborate closely with the Sales team to progress opportunities through the sales funnelMaintain accurate activity and pipeline trackingDevelop and maintain a deep understanding of Archer’s solutions, value proposition, and competitive landscapeSenior-Level ResponsibilitiesCoach and support junior SDRs (Rep 1 & 2) through call shadowing, feedback sessions, and day-to-day guidanceContribute to the onboarding of new SDR hires by sharing best practices and knowledgeLead or contribute to team initiatives such as playbook development, outreach optimization, or market researchCollaborate with Sales leadership on territory strategy, ICP refinement, and go-to-market alignmentRequirements3–6 years of experience in a Sales Development or Business Development roleProven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targetsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHighly motivated, resilient, and results-driven mindsetAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentNatural coaching instincts with the ability to support and develop othersExperience in GRC, SaaS, or technology sectors is a plusFrench Speaker
