Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff.Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.Maintain organized filing systems . Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel. Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 5 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.Demonstrated problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.6 days work from 9 am : 5 pm
