This role is responsible for monitoring and maintaining adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards relevant to COB Solution and its healthcare clients. Daily tasks include reviewing documentation and records for compliance, assisting in the development and updating of compliance policies, and preparing reports or summaries for management. The Compliance Administrator will track regulatory changes, support internal audits, follow up on identified issues, and help implement corrective actions. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing basic compliance guidance to colleagues, and supporting training efforts to promote a strong compliance culture.Qualifications Strong foundation in Regulatory Compliance, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant healthcare and operational standards.Excellent Analytical Skills and Finance awareness to review data, identify discrepancies, and support compliance-related reporting.Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with internal teams, explain compliance requirements clearly, and handle sensitive information professionally.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a structured manner.Familiarity with healthcare operations or medical provider environments is highly beneficial.Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, presentation software) to document and track compliance activities.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience in compliance, audit, risk management, or a related administrative function is an advantage.
