Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Literature, or a relevant field.Experience: 3–5 years of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a front-office customer service role.Languages: Professional fluency in both spoken and written Arabic and English.Technical Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Experience handling digital office tools, scheduling meetings via MS Teams or Outlook Calendar, and operating office equipment.Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
