We are looking for a dedicated and organized Admin Officer to join our team and ensure efficient daily administrative operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage office correspondence, scheduling, and communications. Maintain accurate filing systems and records management. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and company events. Provide support for logistics including travel and accommodation arrangements. Handle office supplies procurement and inventory management. Assist with invoice processing, shipping documentation, and customs clearance tasks. Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries promptly. Collaborate with other departments to support operational excellence. • Social Insurance • Medical Insurance 2-3 years of relevant administrative experience. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent command of English both written and spoken. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office applications. Attention to detail and commitment to deadlines. Maximum age 30 years.
