We are seeking an exceptional Administration Supervisor to join our vibrant team in Cairo, Egypt. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our administrative functions, supporting our Human Resources initiatives, and contributing significantly to our daily operations. Overview: As our Administration Supervisor, you will be the focal point of our administrative department, overseeing critical daily operations and ensuring that our team has the support needed to excel. You'll be a vital part of a company that values efficiency, collaboration, and professional growth.Responsibilities:Oversee and optimize administrative workflows, including document management, office supplies, and facility coordination.Manage complex scheduling and logistical arrangements for meetings, events, and travel.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies, particularly concerning permit issuance and official documentation.Manage and deal with different vendors to maintain perfect service and suppleis. Following up issuing different types of permits and licenses. Required Skills & Expertise:Superior Communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing you to articulate complex information clearly and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.Demonstrated experience in Issuing Permits and navigating regulatory frameworks with precision and adherence to guidelines.Strong Organizational Skills, capable of managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and projects simultaneously.Proven Problem-Solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving administrative challenges.Familiarity with Human Resources Support functions and best practices.Experience Requirements:A minimum of 3-7 years of progressive experience in an administrative or supervisory role, showcasing your growth and capabilities.Prior experience in a fast-paced corporate environment is highly advantageous preferrable garment manufacturing.
