Oversee facility operations and maintenance (electricity, air conditioning, cleaning, security).Coordinate with service providers and vendors, and follow up on tasks .Manage company assets and inventory (furniture, equipment, office supplies).Organize and maintain administrative records and documents.Monitor and provide office supply needs for different departments.Arrange meeting rooms and office setups.Track administrative expenses and service-related invoices.Coordinate logistics (transportation, company vehicles, bookings if required).Prepare periodic reports on operations and services. Bachelor degree in any discipline.1 to 2 year of experience.Very good written and spoken English language.Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
