You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding workers across roles such as [technicians, Securities, warehouse staff, operators, field workers, etc.].Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute hiring strategies for blue-collar positions.Build and maintain candidate pipelines through local networks, agencies, and job fairs.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs and hiring timelines.Maintain recruitment data and metrics for reporting. 2-4 years of experience
