Position Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to the HR Director. This role will focus on general administrative duties while assisting with HR-related tasks to ensure smooth operations across the department.Responsibilities:Manage calendars, schedule meetings, prepare correspondence, and organize documentation for the HR Director.Collect, review, and process employee timesheets to ensure timely submission and accuracy.Draft, proofread, and distribute emails, memos, and official communications.Assist in maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and ensuring compliance with company policies.Organize logistics, prepare agendas, and record minutes.Create reports, presentations, and maintain filing systems (digital and physical).Support in preparing onboarding materials.Monitor inventory and coordinate procurement of materials.Maintain spreadsheets, databases, and ensure accuracy of records.Employee engagement: Help organize HR events, training sessions, and employee recognitionHandle sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism.Qualifications:Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.Familiarity with HR processes and documentation.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
