Role Description:Coordinate and track deliveries, ensuring efficient communication with riders and resolving any issues that arise. The role primarily involves working with the Odoo ERP system to manage delivery statuses, respond to inquiries, and support smooth daily operations while ensuring KPIs are achieved.Responsibilities:Coordinate and monitor delivery operations, ensuring timely responses to riders and operational issues.Track and update delivery statuses using the Odoo ERP system.Handle rider inquiries and provide timely support to help achieve operational KPIs.Maintain vehicle and delivery records, organize fleet documentation, and assist in preparing reports.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.Provide general administrative support to the operations team.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.Basic knowledge of Odoo ERP or other ERP systems.Strong computer skills and the ability to work with digital systems efficiently.Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.High attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks.Basic knowledge of fleet operations and vehicle documentation is an advantage.Administrative or ERP-related training is an advantage.
