Job SummaryThe Administrative Officer is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office by providing administrative support, coordinating office activities, maintaining records, and assisting different departments with administrative tasks. This role helps create an organized, efficient, and productive work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily office operations and administrative activities.Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and facility requirements.Maintain and organize company records, files, and documentation.Prepare reports, letters, memos, and other administrative documents.Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and transportation when required.Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.Assist in preparing and monitoring administrative budgets and expenses.Liaise with vendors, service providers, and contractors.Support onboarding activities for new employees, including workspace and office requirements.Monitor office maintenance and ensure a safe, clean, and organized workplace.Track inventory of office supplies and place purchase requests when needed.Assist with organizing company events, meetings, and internal activities.Ensure compliance with company administrative policies and procedures.Perform other administrative duties as assigned.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Administration, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in administration or office management.Experience working in a corporate environment is preferred.Technical SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Experience with document management and filing systems.Basic reporting and data analysis skills.Knowledge of office management procedures.Familiarity with ERP or office management systems is an advantage.Ability to prepare professional reports and presentations.Soft SkillsExcellent organizational and time management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
