Job SummaryWe are looking for a Customer Support Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in customer service and technical support within the IT industry. The intern will assist customers, resolve inquiries, and support the customer success team in delivering exceptional service.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first-level support to customers via phone, email, and chat.Assist customers with product inquiries and basic technical issues.Document customer interactions and maintain records in CRM and ticketing systems.Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams.Follow up with customers to ensure successful issue resolution.Support the customer success team in maintaining high customer satisfaction.Prepare reports related to customer feedback and support activities.RequirementsFinal-year student or fresh graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Basic understanding of IT products and services.Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team environment.Good command of English.
