We are seeking a Secretary / Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and organizational support to the management team. The candidate will be responsible for handling daily office tasks, managing communications, organizing documents, and supporting internal coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily office administrative tasks and support management.Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.Organize and maintain documents, files, and records.Schedule meetings, appointments, and calendars.Prepare reports, letters, and official documents when required.Assist in data entry and documentation using company systems.Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth office operations. Maadi or Mokktam residence Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).Haram & October Residences PreferredPrevious experience in secretarial or administrative work is preferred.Odoo ERP .Good command of English (written and spoken).Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
