Aesthetic Clinic Manager

Are you an experienced leader in the aesthetic industry with a passion for managing teams, driving performance, and delivering exceptional patient experiences?We are looking for an Aesthetic Clinic Manager to join the team responsible for the Personal Branding of one of Dubai’s leading Plastic Surgeons.? Location:Nasr City – CairoRequirementsOversee the daily operations of the clinic and ensure smooth workflow across all departments. Lead, manage, and motivate the clinic team, including Aesthetic Consultants, Receptionists, and Customer Service staff. Monitor sales performance, appointment conversion rates, and overall clinic KPIs. Ensure an outstanding patient experience throughout the entire customer journey. Prepare performance reports and implement action plans to improve operational efficiency. Coordinate with the Marketing team to maximize campaign performance and patient acquisition. Manage staff schedules, resolve operational challenges, and maintain high service standards. Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate team members to ensure continuous development. Support the implementation of the doctor's Personal Branding strategy and contribute to the clinic's growth. BenefitsWhat we need : Bachelor's Degree. Minimum 3 years of experience managing an aesthetic, dermatology, laser, or plastic surgery clinic. Proven experience leading teams and achieving sales and operational targets. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in monitoring KPIs, reporting, and performance management. Excellent organizational and decision-making abilities.
