Job OverviewThe Practical Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the delivery of hands-on training experiences for participants in various programs. This position involves ensuring that all materials and resources are prepared and available, monitoring the practical training sessions conducted by instructors, and facilitating patient participation. The Practical Specialist will work closely with instructors, industry professionals, and participants to create an effective and engaging learning environment.RequirementsKey Responsibilities Course Preparation: Ensure that all course materials are prepared and ready for use prior to training sessions. Material Inventory: Conduct inventory checks of medical materials and equipment to ensure availability and readiness for training. Course Setup: Handle the setup of courses, including logistics both inside and outside the association, to create a conducive learning environment. Patient Coordination: Bring in patients for practical training sessions, ensuring a diverse range of cases for participants to work with. Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality of the training sessions, ensuring that all instructors adhere to established standards and that participants receive effective training. Observation: Observe hands-on training sessions, noting participant engagement and performance to provide constructive feedback to instructors. Collaboration: Work with instructors and industry experts to continually enhance training content and methodologies. Participant Support: Provide guidance and support to participants, addressing any questions or concerns related to practical training. Continuous Improvement: Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in training programs. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a practical training or instructional support role, preferably in [Medical field].
