Executing channel-specific marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement, strengthen partnerships, strengthen brand presence and win at the point of consumption. Responsibilities Execute AFH marketing plans and campaigns across hotels, restaurants, cafés, and QSRs in line with approved strategies Support the rollout of customer‑specific activations, promotions, and partnerships in the AFH channel (in partnership with business development team) Coordinate the development, distribution, and implementation of POS (picture of success) materials, visibility assets, and branding Ensure consistent in-outlet execution standards across AFH segments in line with the Picture of Success (PoS) guidelines Support the execution of bundle offers, menu integrations, and consumption-driving mechanics Monitor competitor activity within AFH outlets and recommend counter-actions to protect/share gain Ensure timely execution of national and regional campaigns within AFH environments, adapting to outlet realities Coordinate with supply chain and operations to ensure availability of required SKUs and assets for activations Drive compliance and quality checks on branding, visibility, and activation execution in the field Gather insights to continuously refine AFH activations and improve relevance Support annual planning (AOP) inputs for AFH marketing initiatives and budget allocation Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field 0-2 years of experience in any relevant field Experience in FMCGs is a plus Strong execution and project management skills Strong presentation skills
