This role is perfect for someone with a solid technical background who is eager to help streamline our systems, manage technical tools, and support our internal teams with their technology needs.This is a full-time remote position.This job is for you if you are:Are a self-motivated individual with a passion for problem-solving in technical areas and enjoy taking on new challengesThrive in fast-paced environments, able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize requests efficientlyCan independently troubleshoot technical issues and find proactive solutions to minimize disruptionsAre a team player who enjoys collaborating across departments to improve systems and workflowsHave a continuous improvement mindset, always seeking ways to automate processes and increase team efficiencyResponsibilities:Analyze and improve existing processes across different departments (for example, Sales/Customer Support, etc.)Reduce manual work using automation tools and AI-based solutionsHandle technical requests in internal chats, including resolving issues related to tools such as HubSpot, Aircall, Stripe, and similar platformsResearch tools, workflows, and technical solutions to support business needsDesign and introduce new processes that improve operational efficiencyRequirementsMid-level experience in automation, process optimization, or operationsPractical experience using AI tools for process optimizationExperience with no-code / low-code automation tools such as Zapier, n8n, and similar platformsExperience working independently with documentation and troubleshooting resourcesHigh level of ownership and self-motivationComfortable collaborating with stakeholders and able to plan and prioritize own tasks effectivelyAbility to collaborate with stakeholders and organize personal workload effectivelyStrong communicator able to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders, self-motivated, proactive, and ownership-driven.
