The ideal candidate understands contracts deeply, thinks in systems, and knows how to translate legal expertise into AI-driven workflows that create reliable and scalable legal outcomes.Important: Hands-on AI experience is required. Experience with AI tools, prompt design, legal AI workflows, and CLM platforms is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesAI Contract Intelligence & CLM OptimizationDesign, configure, and continuously improve AI-powered contract review playbooks across multiple industries.Build and optimize system prompts and legal workflows to improve contract analysis quality and legal accuracy. Develop and maintain contract intelligence repositories, including:Clause librriesRisk taxonomiesFallback language frameworksLegal precedents and knowledge structuresDefine evaluation standards and quality assurance processes for AI-generated legal outputs.Enhance contract automation capabilities including:Risk detectionObligation extractionContract review logicLegal decision workflowsLegal + Product + AI CollaborationTranslate legal requirements into product configurations and scalable AI solutions.Work closely with product and engineering teams to convert legal reasoning into platform capabilities.Participate in feature planning and define measurable legal outcomes for AI-driven products.Identify opportunities to improve legal automation and user experience through better CLM configuration.Regulatory Intelligence & Knowledge EngineeringResearch and structure legal and regulatory requirements into AI-readable frameworks.Build jurisdiction-specific legal content and contract review methodologies.Ensure legal playbooks and AI outputs remain aligned with changing regulations.Customer Enablement & Solution DeliveryConfigure customer-specific contract review workflows and AI playbooks.Support enterprise deployments and onboarding initiatives.Deliver training and documentation to maximize platform adoption.Collect customer feedback and continuously improve legal intelligence performance.RequirementBachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.), Legal Studies, or a related field.3–6 years of experience in commercial law, contract drafting, legal operations, legal advisory, or legal technology.Strong understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms and legal workflows.Required: Practical experience using AI in legal work (LLMs, prompt engineering, legal automation, AI-assisted contract review).Ability to design scalable legal frameworks, playbooks, and structured legal knowledge.Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.Professional English communication skills (Arabic is a plus).
