The AI Lead ll embed automation and AI into every corner of how we plan, execute, and deliver work across: Paid Social, PPC, Creative, Organic & Content, CRO and Agency OperationsThis is not a research-focused role — it is a hands-on builder role. You will own the AI roadmap, build scalable systems, automate workflows, and directly improve operational efficiency and client delivery across the business.Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee the AI team in designing, developing, and deploying AI and machine learning models and solutionsDefine and execute the AI strategy aligned with business goals and emerging industry trendsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including data science, engineering, product management, and business units to identify AI-driven opportunities and deliver impactful solutionsManage AI projects ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with organizational objectivesMentor and develop the AI team by fostering skills growth, collaboration, and innovative thinkingStay abreast of the latest AI research, tools, and methodologies and assess their applicability to business problemsCommunicate complex AI concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-makingAdvocate best practices for AI ethics, data privacy, and security within the organizationRequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fieldMinimum of 7 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership positionProven expertise in designing and deploying AI and machine learning solutions at scaleStrong knowledge of AI frameworks and programming languages such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Python, and RExperience managing and mentoring technical teamsExcellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skillsDeep understanding of data governance, ethical AI practices, and data privacy regulationsAbility to translate complex AI concepts into business value and strategyProven track record of successfully driving AI initiatives from concept to productionBenefitsAttractive Package
