Handle flight reservations, ticket issuance, reissuance, and cancellations.Provide accurate fare quotations and travel options to customers.Assist clients with travel itineraries, schedules, and airline policies.Manage booking changes, refunds, and fare rules efficiently.Ensure compliance with airline regulations and company procedures.Maintain accurate records of bookings and transactions.Deliver high-quality customer service and resolve client issues promptly. Minimum 3 years of experience in airline ticketing or travel agency operations.Proficiency in airline reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus) is a must.Strong knowledge of fare rules, ticketing procedures, and airline policies.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Good command of English (written & spoken).Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple bookings simultaneously.
