We provide customers who want premium international coverage with products and services to access the healthcare they need anytime, around the world, whether at home or when studying, living, travelling or working abroad.Bupa Global has offices around the world including London and Brighton (UK), Dublin (Europe), Miami (USA), Dubai (UAE, in partnership with OIC), Egypt and Hong Kong (China) as well as regional offices in mainland China, Singapore, the Dominican Republic, Bolivia, Panama, Guatemala and Ecuador.Role OverviewThis role, reporting to the Lead Digital Analytics Manager is a fantasticopportunity to improve the Digital experience of our customers, throughenabling key stakeholders to make data driven decisions.Bringing a passion for data and insights, you will partner with the business tounderstand their needs, designing data capture, providing the necessaryinformation and distilling complex analysis into simple insights.The Digital Analytics team supports a wide range of internal stakeholders,providing reporting, analysis and information to support decision making, aswell as being responsible for the implementation and maintenance of DigitalAnalytics tools across multiple domains.How You’ll Help Us Make Health HappenProvide regular and ad hoc reporting through Adobe Analytics and Power BIProvide ad hoc detailed analysis on the performance of campaigns and Digital productsIdentify opportunities to improve the Digital customer experience through high quality analysisProduce and share actionable insights, presented in a clear and easy to digest mannerLiaise with key stakeholders to understand measurement requirements and design the data capture for new websites and featuresSupport the implementation of marketing tags and Digital Analytics toolsWhat You Will NeedExperience designing / building implementations of Adobe AnalyticsExtensive experience using Adobe Analytics to provide reporting and analysisExperience with data visualisation tools (Power BI preferred)High attention to detail Understanding of UK and European data legalisation – GDPR Ability to distil complexity into simple digestible informationEffective communication and presentation skills, capable of bringing others along with youExperience using SQL advantageousTag management experience of Google Tag Manager, Tealium, Adobe Launch advantageous including implementation of 3rd party marketing tag and understanding of 3rd party marketing tagging advantageousAn understanding of data, privacy and consent legislation (e.g: GDPR and PECR)Why Bupa?We’re a health insurer and provider.
